PROM!!!

Our prom was a month ago, but we just barely got the pictures loaded, so here they are!! Lindsay went with Chris Weaver (who was the main student guy, in Les Mis at AFHS) My mom made LIndsay's dress, and Chris' mom made his vest, and the colors were perfect!!

Rachel went with Evan Nuttal who was a nomination for Sterling scholar. He's really nice. They had a really good time!

Today is graduation!!!!! RAchel is finally graduating! We are all going to that.....and then we will be going to pf changs!! yummy yumm! So i will try and get pictures on tonight.....i'm going to California with my friend, so i might not be able to post for a while. SORRY!

Memorial Day

Hey Everyone!

I know it's been like forever since we've posted, and sooner or later we WILL get prom pictures up here, as soon as i load the pictures on. Well, on monday, we hung out as a family. First we Went to target and walmart and all those fun places, then we went home and had hamburgers and chips and watermelon. YUM O!!! haha Then we roasted marshmallows over our barbeque and made s'mores! They were really yummy. WE watched the lacrosse tournament, then we went and saw prince caspian. It was really really good. My dad didn't get to see all of it because WIll got scared, but the rest of us enjoyed it!

IT's the last week of school!!! hooray! Rachel is graduating on Thursday, so that should be fun. And then on Friday, Rachel, my dad, and RAchel's friend Bree are going to Europe! I am so jealous! They're going to England, Scotland, Germany, and Denmark. Lucky Ducks. Oh well. WE will just have to have fun without them. They will be gone for like 10 days. BUt i'm not for sure.

Cousins

Well.....we have been hanging out with our casper side of the family a lot this week. My cousin Tyler got married, so his family came down from washington on thursday. And then my other cousins, the merrills came down for it to. So it was basically a party all week. And of course Grandma Casper came too. So we've just been busy helping them. On Friday there was a luncheon that my aunt Sanette put on before the wedding. So we made a couple of salads and cut up stuff. It was very very yummy! We still have TONS of pasta salad left over! haha So then we went to the temple and me and my cousins, Kiersten and Kelsey watched my cousins baby Max while they were getting married. He is so darn cute! Max is so much fun to play around with! Well, then Tyler and COurtney came out..and everyone took pictures. Her dress was absolutely gorgeous!! It had like embroidered (sp) flowers and stuff all over it! She looked way pretty. And then we went home and got ready for the Reception. My cousin Brianna had to look really good cuz she was "going to meet her future husband tonight!" She is so funny! haha And so then we went to Thanksgiving point for a very nice reception. There was a dance that was so much fun. Everyone was going crazy.

On Saturday, Me, Brianna, Jessica and my Aunt Sanette went prom dress shopping. They found the prettiest dresses EVER! Jessie's was a sea foam green, that was sparkly, and Brianna's was a chocolate brown with a cream sash. They looke so cute!

And then they left on Sunday morning, so just Grandma's left at our house. But we've had a very good time.
Oh yeah.....my sisters just got back from Choir tour in Washington DC....so i guess they had a good time.

I would post pictures......but i lost my camera before the reception....so i wasn't able to take ANY pictures!!! i was really sad....but i found my camera so it's all good.

I have a question for you all......where do you get all these cute and fun backrounds?? i can't find ANY.......and all your blogs are so cute.

We have been pretty busy lately....now all my mom has to do is finish my sisters prom dresses! good luck to her!

Hooray for Lindsay!!

So these last couple weeks, lindsay has been running for Student body officer for next year. And she won!!! She's way much excited.

Her theme was horton hears a hoo. So she gave out little flyers that said "Lindsay hears you! Because a caveman's a caveman no matter how small." It was really cute.

where is spring??

Where is the warm weather?? It's making everything feel like November again. Pretty Depressing. But yeah. My mom and I just got back from Young Women's . She's the Beehives Advisor...so we're in it together. It was girls camp prep tonight. Our Stake Theme this year is "Because Nice MAtters" So our Camp site is Grin City, and we are having street names and everything is gonna be yellow, bright and happy. I'll be a 2nd year...so i have already have the snype experience. ANd it was miserables. hahaha but i can trick all the little first years! Me Lindsay and My mom will all go together this year....so it should be really good.

Maybe Spring will come before Conference does!!!!! (i doubt it)

Les Miserables

For the Past couple of months, Lindsay has been helping with AF High's school production of Les Miserables. She is the main accompanist. So Linz has been at school working on building the rotating stage and barracade, helping the actors learn music, and blocking the musical. It has been going on since March 26, and ends on April 2nd. She's at the school from 5 to 10 every night, so she's kinda cranky sometimes...but what can ya do! But it is SO AMAZING!!! I have gone 2 times and can't get enough of it! The person that is playing the main part Jean Valjean, has the most incredible voice it's insane. He can hit notes higher then me! When he sings "Bring him home" it totally gives me the chills. There are some very talented people that go to AFHS. But yeah so that's basically been Lindsay's life for the past couple of weeks. She's been doing that and obviously a lot of homework and campaigning for SBO (student body officer) all at the same time! She's amazing!

Rachel has also been way busy with all her school work. Like right now she's writing a 10 page paper up in the library. Good luck to her! I am so bad at writing long papers! oh darn.

Me and McKay and will have just been chilling at our house. Playing legos and doing homework. Pretty lame really, but yeah. I am so ready for Spring Break it isn't even funny at all. I am so sick of all my boring classes.

Easter

Easter came really early this year, it basically came out of no where. I suddenly woke up Saturday morning and figured out it was EAster Saturday. We had some of our casper side family over on sunday. We had ham and funeral potatoes and carrots and yummy salads and vegtables. But the best thing was our cousin Tamara made a carrot cake that was absolutely GORGEOUS! and very very yummy. Me and my cousins played Electronic Life and it was really fun. A lot easier then the regular life. You don't have to use paper money! it's so much better!
